Our Company

Rawooh Platform is operated by PT Gumelarix Innovation Technology, a limited liability company incorporated and registered in the Republic of Indonesia. We build software for event organizers, and Rawooh Platform is our customer-facing ticketing storefront.

What We Do

Rawooh Platform is a multi-tenant storefront that allows event organizers to sell tickets to scheduled sessions. Each Store on the platform is operated independently by its organizer, who sets the sessions, ticket types, prices and availability. PT Gumelarix Innovation Technology provides the underlying platform, the checkout, and the payment processing infrastructure that connects Customers to Stores.

Everything sold through the platform is an electronic ticket, an entitlement for a named ticket holder to attend a specific scheduled event session. We do not sell physical goods, and no item is ever shipped. See Ticket Delivery & Fulfilment for how tickets reach you.

How We Handle Payments

Payments are processed through a licensed third-party payment gateway. Customers pay using the methods made available at checkout, such as QRIS or a Virtual Account. Rawooh Platform never receives, processes or stores card numbers, CVV codes, bank credentials or wallet PINs. Those are entered on the payment gateway's own channel. All prices are shown and charged in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
